Have this for over a year now and absolutely love it. I have a deep box spring and it fits and well. Nothing has ever seeped through even after spilling some water. I take it off every now and then to clean it in the wash and dry it on air and it still works just as good.

It was extremely well made and if I had wanted to use vinyl I’m sure I would have been very pleased with the product.

Bought this after my 3 month affair with ticks that my dog caught from apartment complex. Haven’t had an issue since I put this on my mattress. My only con is it makes bedding get very hot so if you are hot natured keep it cool or you will be hot and sweaty every night.
