They say isopropyl alcohol will work just as well – it doesn’t! Buy this stuff. We spray it around the feet of the bed and the edges of the mattress (since we caught our problem early and know for sure they’re not in the mattress yet), and the nights we’ve used them they didn’t bite. |

It is safe to use around pets, my hamster and pug were fine. I liked the idea of the natural elements, as opposed to harsh chemicals. I did not get bed bugs since, and I have not had bed bugs. I use the laundry additive continuously, and the spray on all furniture and bedding in between cleaning. I really believe this product was why I was one of the only rooms to NOT get the bedbugs! |

I’d like to believe that the spray worked because I’ve not seen any bed bugs since. I would like to add that I used several methods and products to get rid of the bugs in the past but this time we have not seen bed bugs since. I laundered all my bedding (the pillows and the down mattress pad that can’t be washed were put in the dryer on the hottest setting for about an hour). There is no one solution to get rid of bed bugs, they are extremely hard to get rid of, so proper bed bug prep is needed. |
