To receive the PRN number and process a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your confirmation number as well as reason for return. After receiving your request, we will respond with return instructions and an issued PRN. We will NOT refund any orders without a PRN number. Any returned products without a PRN number will be discarded and do not qualify for refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In order to qualify for a refund, all product containers must be returned. For your protection, it is recommended that you use a recorded- delivery service when shipping merchandise. Purchases made via credit card will be refunded to the card used. If this credit card has been canceled or if the card has expired since purchase, we are forced to refuse a refund. We do not accept any responsibility for any charges incurred by your banking institution. We have a policy that no reorders or wholesale orders qualify for refund. If one household is to order multiple orders for the same item(s), only the first order may qualify for refund so long as it is within the 30 day time frame. The start of the 30 day time frame begins upon delivery date recorded by the courier. For international orders placed via first class mail (Airmail) as their shipping option, there is a two week grace period before the 30 day time frame begins.
